OvelhaNegra builds apps that aim to respect your privacy. 32Parts is designed to work without requiring an account. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use 32Parts and when you contact support.
32Parts does not require an account and does not collect personal data in-app.
Information you provide
- Support emails: if you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Information processed by Apple
- App downloads: Apple processes downloads and related App Store information.
- Diagnostics (optional): if you enable iOS “Share With App Developers”, Apple may provide crash logs and diagnostics to help improve stability.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not require accounts to use 32Parts.
- We do not knowingly collect sensitive health data.
Data retention
Support emails are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain basic records. Apple’s diagnostic retention is governed by Apple and your device settings.
Your choices
- You can turn diagnostic sharing on or off in iOS settings.
- You can request deletion of support conversation records by emailing us.
